Flit, Flex or Flow Inspiration #4: See, Do, and Be

Updated: Oct 4

Chakra Flow Advice - See, Do and Be
Image designed using Canva.

The Chakra Flow Advice that follows was intuited from a three-card spread from my Chakra Insight Oracle deck.

  • Solar Plexus - Yellow - Gut Instinct:  Intuition, knowing, sensing, trust. #1.

  • Third-Eye - Indigo - Seeing: Perspective, truth, knowledge, clarity. #1.

  • Root - Red - Family: Belonging, community, culture, tribe. #2.

Whoa. This is a powerful combination with so much meaning for us as we flow into this week.

The Solar Plexus Chakra has been a constant for me this year. Possibly because I’ve been working on a song called ‘Yellow’ that is all about the power of our gut, or maybe it’s because this is the area that was most blocked when I started working with my own Chakra energy.

Trusting your gut instinct takes, well, guts. You can’t be fearful and it’s so easy to doubt yourself. Trust your inner knowing. Pay attention to your ‘Spidey’ senses (this is the hubs influence on me, Spiderman is his favourite) and use your inner ability to intuit your next steps. You got the power!

Which leads us nicely to the Third-Eye Chakra, represented by the colour indigo.  Take caution. Slow down. Listen to your inner knowing. Take refuge in the darkness of meditation. Get silent and listen. And don’t walk to close to the Sun and become blinded by the light of what others around you are doing. See your path from your own perspective. Be honest with yourself. Make sure your pursuits are really what you want. Do some shadow work by closing your eyes and seeing in the dark what needs to be brought into the light. When you open your eyes, you will have clarity. You will know how to be true to yourself and your purpose even under the blinding gaze of others' expectation.

The Root Chakra is a great support to the Third-Eye Chakra because when you are exploring your power to see in the darkness, you need the stabilising support and safety of Root Chakra energy. Allow yourself to be supported. If you are like me, it is hard for you to ask for help. Well, if this is the case, get over yourself and reach out to your community. Find your tribe. Spend time with family and friends. But again, be aware. This is really for your inner-circle. People who will hold space with you no matter what. You need to surround yourself with people you can ugly cry around and be unapologetically yourself. Rooting is so important for growth. Take the time to water and nourish the roots of your destiny.

The number one has cropped up with both the Solar Plexus and Third-Eye Chakras. In numerology, the number one represents new beginnings, leadership, and individuality. People associated with the number one are often seen as pioneers, trailblazers, and ambitious go-getters. This number is also linked to independence, self-confidence, and success. Those guided by the energy of the number one are encouraged to embrace their unique qualities and strive for personal growth and achievement. It symbolises the start of a journey towards fulfilling your dreams and aspirations.

The number two represents harmony, balance, and partnerships. People associated with the number two are often seen as peacemakers, with a strong desire for cooperation and diplomacy. The number two is also linked to sensitivity, intuition, and understanding, making those influenced by it empathetic and compassionate towards others. Embracing the energy of the number two can lead to creating strong relationships, fostering teamwork, and finding inner peace through connection with others.

In summary, as you flow through this week, trust your gut, go into the shadows to get clear on the path you need to take, and allow yourself to be supported by your trusted inner-circle. Be fearless. Ask for help. Plant deep, supportive roots and grow into the fullness of who you are!
